• All bookings require a Credit Card Guarantee
• All cancellations should be sent to the hotel reservations office directly upon receipt by fax or email.
When hotel accommodation is cancelled after 16:00hrs on the day of arrival, hotel shall be entitled to claim payment of cancellation fees of one night services ordered. In case of No show, the hotel is entitled to claim full compensation for services ordered but in any event will not be less than one night of the services ordered.
